Kevin Dixon

Kevin Dixon was born in Leeds in 1948 and has painted from an early age.

After studying at Leeds College of Art, he started his career as an illustrator in advertising, forming his own design-based company in 1976, producing illustrations and design for many national companies.

Since becoming a full time painter, he has drawn inspiration from many years spent in the beautiful region of Tuscany and the South of France and this, together with his bold style and strong use of colour, has resulted in a steady growth in his popularity.

His work features in many collections in the UK, United States, France and New Zealand.
